Every load test undertaken and subsequent monitoring of load and deflection is bespoke and designed to meet the clients requirements.
HTA can install and design the required temporary and enabling works, including installation of crash decks or reaction frames.

Monitoring is always carried out remotely using multi channel data logger to ensure safety of all staff and accuracy of results.
Testing the structural elements of Bridges and Buildings
We have successfully carried out Corrosion Monitoring to a number of bridges and marine structures.
With the installation of corrosion probes which then can be monitored at intervals to determine any changes in corrosive activity with time.
Henderson Thomas Associates "HTA" can carry out load testing to bridges and buildings and their structural elements using various techniques such as:
- Installation of vibrating wire gauges
- Linear velocity displacement transducers
- Simple measuring techniques such as digital gauges
Applying Load to a Chimney Stack
The movement seen was made by hand pushing the other side.
Due to how easy this chimney was deflected there was a request by the client to carry out a full proof load test.
